FAQ - 6 - My orders

If you paid before coming to the store, you must present a valid photo ID as well as order number and customer number.


You can find your invoice as a PDF under each order in your order list. 

Once you have clicked on the order you want an invoice from, you can find a link on the right side with the text Downloade invoice.

This link will start a download of an invoice for that order.

Du kan følge dine pakker ved hjælp af track & trace-oplysningerne, som du kan finde under hver ordre i din ordreoversigt.

For at finde din ordreoversigt skal klikke på Min værktøjskasse i menuen i toppen af hjemmesiden, hvor du vælger Ordreoversigt

Du kan også finde din ordreoversigt ved at klikke her.


Når du er inde på din ordreoversigt, vil du kunne se en liste med alle de ordre du har bestilt hos os.

For at finde track & trace-oplysninger på en ordre, skal du klikke på Se ordren ud fra den ordre, du vil finde track & trace-oplysninger på. 

Her skal du klikke på Se trackingnumre for at se dit track & trace-nummer.


Bemærk, at der kan gå op til 24 timer, før opdateringer er synlige på transportørens hjemmeside.



Your order will be waiting for you for up to 4 business days.

You can see the status of your order in your order summary on our website. 

To find your order summary, click on My toolbox menu at the top of the website and select My orders

You will receive an order confirmation when you complete your order. After this, you will receive a final order confirmation when we have picked and packed your goods in our warehouse.


Be aware that delays can occur and that confirmations sometimes end in spam.


If your order is to be shipped, your order confirmation will come along with your track and trace number.


If you believe that an error has occurred and that you have not received your order confirmation, even though the item has been shipped, please contact us at (+45) 70 25 22 50, support@pc-lager.dk or via our chat function and inquire at addition to the order.


You can pick up your order when you receive an email or SMS stating that your order is ready for pickup.

​​​​​​​The store is open every work day between 9.00 – 18.00.


If you should be so unlucky that there are deviations from what you have ordered and what you have received, please contact us at (+45) 70 25 22 50, [email protected] or via our chat function, no later than 48 hours after receipt of the order.Then we start an investigation of what the error is due to and handle the deviation from there.

​​​​​​​If the person just brings the order number, customer number and valid ID (Passport or driver's license), there is no problem in having someone else pick up your item for you.


Yes, you can view your order summary on the website.

To find your order summary you have to click on My toolbox menu at the top of our website, and click on my orders.

Du kan oprette en RMA sag hos os via vores hjemmeside ved at udfylde vores RMA formular. 
Den kan du finde ved at klikke på menuen Min værktøjskasse i toppen af hjemmesiden og klikke på RMA. 
Du vil her kunne se en liste med alle RMA sager du har haft oprettet hos os.

Hvis du vil oprette en ny RMA sag skal du klikke på den røde knap Opret RMA-Sag hvor du nu vil kunne se en liste med dine ordre som du har bestilt hos os. Denne liste kan du også finde ved at trykke 
her.

Ud fra de ordre som er afhentet/leveret vil du kunne se en knap i højre side der hedder RMA som du skal trykke på for at oprette en RMA-sag på produkter fra den pågældende ordre. 

Når du har gjort dette, vil du kunne se en rød knap med teksten Opret RMA-Sag ud fra det/de produkter som du vil oprette en RMA sag på. Du vil her blive bedt om at udfylde en række oplysninger på produktet. 

Såfremt varen ikke er købt på en konto, er der mulighed for at oprette en RMA-sag ved at finde opret reklamationssag nederst på hjemmesiden. Vær opmærsom på at du skal være logget ud.

If an item is listed with unknown delivery date, it means that our suppliers are currently unable to procure any of the given product.
