FAQ - 1 - Shipping and delivery

At PC-Lager.dk we offer delivery to addresses in Denmark (mainland, bridged islands and Bornholm) with the following freight companies:

You can track your packages using the track & trace information that you can find under each order in your order history.


To find your order overview, click on My toolbox in the menu at the top of the website, where you select Order overview.

You can also find your order summary by clicking here.

Once you have entered your order overview, you will be able to see a list of all the orders you have ordered from us.

To find track & trace information on an order, click View the order based on the order for which you want to find track & trace information.

Here you have to click on See tracking numbers to see your track & trace number.

​​​​​​​Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for updates to be visible on the carrier's website.

 


You can change your primary/default delivery address by clicking on data in the menu at the top of the website.

​​​​​​​Here you scroll down until you reach Delivery addresses where you will be able to see a small edit symbol based on each address you have registered for your account.

You can see the status of your order in your order overview on our website.

NOTE

You can order until 20:20 (Monday-Friday) and expect to have the item shipped the same day. However, this presupposes that we have the item in physical stock.


We offer Click & Collect (pick-up) in our product delivery at Høgemosevænget 1, 8380 Trige. If you choose Click & Collect, you will receive an email and / or SMS when you can pick up your order (within 2 hours).


Our goods delivery is open 9:00 - 18:00 on weekdays.


An order for collection will be deleted if it has not been collected within 3 working days after the order has been approved for collection, and the customer has received an e-mail and / or text message about this.

You have the opportunity to follow your parcel via the Track & Trace number you have received with your order confirmation.

Please note that updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website.

If the item has not arrived at the expected time, contact the carrier for further information. You can find contact information for PostNord here or GLS here.


If the package has visible damage, you must advertise customer service as soon as possible [email protected], and this must be done within 48 hours of receipt.

In case of hidden damage, you must advertise to customer service as soon as possible or at the latest within 5 days. You can contact customer service by email
