FAQ - 4 - Payment and accounting

At Compumail, you can pay with a debit card and mobilepay. If you need to pay via EAN, you must use our B2B channel DCS.dk.

Unfortunately, we do not offer financing.


You can find your invoice as a PDF under each order in your order list. 

Once you have clicked on the order you want an invoice from, you can find a link on the right side with the text Downloade invoice.

This link will start a download of an invoice for that order.

We only withdraw the amount when we pack and ship your order.

You will receive an order confirmation and an invoice for your purchase at the same time.


Please note that for orders paid for with a payment card, we make a reservation on the card at the time of ordering.

It may take up to 30 days for the payment of the amount to be released by the payment provider, however it often goes faster.

Alternatively, we recommend that you go to your bank for further investigation of such a problem. 


If you want to change your master data belonging to your account, you need to access the Data tab in the menu My toolbox which you can find at the top of our website. 

 


Yes, it is possible to pay with cash in our goods delivery, which you will find at Høgemosevænget 1, 8380 Trige within the goods delivery opening hours, which are 09-18 (Mon-Fri) and 10-13 on Saturdays.​​​​​​​


Please note that due to Covid-19, we currently do not accept cash when delivering goods.


As a private customer, it is not possible to buy on credit. If, on the other hand, you are registered with a CVR number and want to trade on credit, we will refer you to DCS.dk.

A requirement has been introduced that there must be 3D Secure on all card payments over DKK 450. This means that you must associate a mobile number with your payment card so that you can receive the one-time code that is sent to you in connection with NemID validation.
